The infamous Red Sheets publicity shot, 1995. It was meant as a parody of a poster Teri Hatcher made while she was co-starring in The Adventures of Lois and Clark. I showed her the picture during a press junket for a movie she was plugging and told her I thought we had the same photographer. Expecting a big laugh, all I got was a disinterested, "Oh, yeah. Look at that." Then again, I was her thirtieth interview that day, so I chalked it up to her being exhausted. But I got the same lukewarm reception in 2004 when she was doing publicity for the yet-to-premiere Desperate Housewives. And that time I even had my clothes on. Celebrities. Go figure.
